I appreciated the modern decor and the staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with my luggage. The room was clean and had good water pressure in the shower, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the noise from the street and hallways could be a little disruptive at times.

The location of Point A is fantastic. Just a short walk from major attractions made exploring the city easy. Staff were incredibly friendly, making check-in smooth and pleasant. I appreciated how the room was modern and clean. The double room was compact, perfect for one but a bit tight for two with luggage. Unfortunately, noise from the hallways was disruptive. I heard conversations and footsteps, making it hard to sleep at times. Heating in the room could use improvement. it didn’t get warm enough during the night. I enjoyed a pint at the hotel bar, but the food service took a while and staff seemed overwhelmed. Overall, a solid stay with key areas needing attention.
